  • 2 cups crushed fresh bananas
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 (1.75 ounce) package dry pectin
  • 3/4 cup water

  1. Mix crushed bananas with sugar, and let are a symbol of ten minutes. Meanwhile, stir the pectin in to the water in a tiny saucepan. Provide a boil over medium-high temperature, and boil for one minute. Stir the boiling water in to the bananas. Let it are a symbol of 3 minutes before flowing into jars or any other canisters.
