  1. Heat the oil inside a deep-fryer to 365 levels F (185 levels C).
  2. Separate the onion slices into rings, and hang aside. In a tiny bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Dip the onion slices in to the flour mixture until they all are coated put aside. Whisk the egg and milk in to the flour mixture utilizing a fork. Dip the floured rings in to the batter to coat, then put on a wire rack to empty before the batter stops dripping.
