- 1 large onion, reduce 1/4-inch slices

Directions
18 m- Heat the oil inside a deep-fryer to 365 levels F (185 levels C).
- Separate the onion slices into rings, and hang aside. In a tiny bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Dip the onion slices in to the flour mixture until they all are coated put aside. Whisk the egg and milk in to the flour mixture utilizing a fork. Dip the floured rings in to the batter to coat, then put on a wire rack to empty before the batter stops dripping. The wire rack might be placed more than a sheet of aluminum foil for simpler cleanup. Spread the bread crumbs on a plate or shallow dish. Place rings individually in to the crumbs, and scoop the crumbs up within the ring to coat. Provide a tough tap while you take it out of the crumbs. The coating should cling perfectly. Repeat with remaining rings.
- Deep fry the rings a couple of at any given time for two to three minutes, or until golden brown. Remove to sponges to empty. Season with seasoning salt, and serve.
